A thought occurred to me the other day. What would my life be like if I didn’t wait until I could barely walk before I decided to visit a cork chiropractor? How much time, energy, and effort would I be able to save if I just did something a little more preventative?
I’ve been to a lot of chiropractors, including a edinburgh chiropractor, and all of them are great in helping to give relief for back pain. They all seem to mention that you should consider coming for “wellness” or being a “lifetime patient.”
Those phrases all seemed scary at first, but it’s all starting to make sense now. I think waiting until you’re suffering in pain would be like waiting until you’ve gained 100 pounds before you decide to start exercising (and some people do it that way).
Or it would be the equivalent of waiting until you hear the screeching of the brakes before you put your seat belt on. It’s too late! It’s way better to take some preventative action and you’ll see a ton of great positive results.
I’ve finally decided to visit a romford chiropractor. Why not – considering that all they are proposing is that I make some time (likely 15 minutes or less) at least once per month to see the difference. Why not less?
I determined I spend a minimum 200 hours per month in a “sitting in front of the computer” position. My conditions have all been in the neck and upper back – directly related to sitting at the computer. If all it takes is 15 minutes to undo 200 hours of computer time… well, I’ll take it!
